Hence, nobody has been given a clean chit yet.While speaking with media persons at Suyog Camp in Nagpur, Mr Fadnavis said, “There is no clean Clean Room Project chit to Bhujbal or anyone else and the probe is going on (in connection with the alleged Maharashtra Sadan scam).He further said, “Reports have been sought on the Maharashtra Sadan scam. The case relates to awarding of a contract for the construction of new building of Maharashtra Sadan, the state government’s guesthouse in New Delhi.”He said all those facing probe (including Mr Bhujbal) have been given a questionnaire and the process is being conducted by the ACB.
